 General description:

 The tubular inclined tube is the new generation of inclined tube that is produced by our company based on introduced advanced technology, which is made of imported modified ethylene, propylene copolymer grade plastics; the use of infrared heat thermostat machine can fabricate the tube into hexagonal tube and high-frequency welding technique is used for manufacturing of the entire product. The inclined tube produced by our company is featured with high strength, lightweight and pressure-resistant, compact structure, uniform size of pores, stable dimensions, large surface area, high porosity, corrosion resistance, anti-aging; smooth walls, easy sludge discharge, easy cleaning, easy management, easy and fast installation of supports and easy installation.

 The test of the product by Jiangsu Provincial Disease Prevention andControlCenterand Jiangsu Provincial Product Quality Supervision Institute shows that all 23 technical indicators of the product comply with CT / T83-1999 "Safety evaluation report for drinking water distribution equipments and protective materials", which is currently the best efficient inclined tube. According to feedback reports from the end-users, the tubular hexagonal honeycomb inclined tube is proofed of better performance. Hence the product has been given wide use in waterworks, especially in sewage treatment industry (which truly reflects its strength).





Working principle:

 The sedimentation technology by use of inclined tube is a kind of application technology developed based on the Theory of Superficial Layer Sedimentation proposed by Hazen of the United States that “the settling velocity of solid particles is in relation with the sedimentation area rather than in relation with the depth of the water tank”;



If the depth of the horizontal flow type sedimentation tank is reduced from 2H to H, theoretically the settling distance and time of the solid particles should be reduced by 50%. If a 3-meter deep sedimentation tank is changed into 100 shallow pools, the final treatment effect will be much better. So this is the theory of shallow pool, which leads to the outcome of the inclined tube sedimentation tank. When compared with the horizontal flow sedimentation tank, the inclined tube sedimentation tank can completely change the vortex and turbulent flow into stable laminated flow state with solid settling free from the impact of turbulent flow. And the settling distance of the solid particles in the inclined tube is only 1/7 that of the horizontal flow sedimentation tank.



 Applications:
